Therapy in Grapevine, Texas

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety that won’t seem to quiet down?
Do you find yourself stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or exhaustion?
Has your story been shaped by trauma in ways that still feel heavy?

Are you navigating a life transition, wondering who you are now and what comes
next? If this feels familiar, it may be a sign that you’ve been carrying more than you
should have to carry alone. You don’t have to navigate it all by yourself.
I work with individuals who are facing anxiety, depression, the effects of past
trauma, and the challenges that come with various life stages and changes.
Together, we create a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and develop a
deeper understanding of yourself with greater compassion.

In addition to general mental health counseling, I have specialized expertise in
women's issues, helping them navigate life transitions, identity, relationships, and
the unique pressures they face. I also work extensively with parents, caregivers,
siblings, and family members managing the complex challenges of supporting a
loved one with special needs.
